1. Service Description

R-NET provides fiber-optic internet connectivity services including:

• High-speed fiber internet access (up to 2Gbps)
• Equipment installation (ONT/Router)
• Technical support and maintenance

2. No Contract Policy

• Month-to-month subscription, no lock-in period
• No early termination fees or penalties
• Discontinue service anytime with proper notice
• Billed monthly in advance

3. Installation

• Subject to technical feasibility and coverage
• One-time installation fee as indicated in your plan
• Standard indoor wiring up to 30 meters included

4. Billing & Payment

• Monthly fees billed in advance
• Payment via online banking, GCash, Maya, or OTC
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Reconnection fee may apply for suspended accounts

5. Equipment

• R-NET equipment remains property of R-NET
• Must be returned upon service termination
• Damage/loss due to negligence will be charged

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service for:

• Illegal activities under Philippine law
• Distributing malware or harmful software
• Unauthorized network access
• Spam or bulk communications
• Copyright infringement
• Reselling service without authorization

7. Service Termination

By Subscriber:

• Submit disconnection request (7 days notice)
• Settle all outstanding balances
• Return R-NET equipment

1. Installation and Equipment / Pagkakabit at Kagamitan

English: The subscriber is required to pay a one-time installation fee prior to the activation of the service. This fee includes the outright purchase of the fiber modem/router. Upon full payment and successful installation, the modem becomes the exclusive property of the subscriber.

Tagalog: Ang subscriber ay kinakailangang magbayad ng one-time installation fee bago i-activate ang serbisyo. Kasama sa bayad na ito ang tuluyang pagbili (outright purchase) ng fiber modem/router. Matapos mabayaran nang buo at mai-install, ang modem ay magiging pormal na pag-aari na ng subscriber.

2. Maintenance and Repairs / Pagpapanatili at Pag-aayos

English: R-NET is committed to ensuring reliable service. In the event of technical issues, home visits, labor, and non-material troubleshooting or repairs are provided completely free of charge. However, any physical materials, parts, or equipment required to restore the connection (e.g., replacement fiber optic cables, connectors, or a replacement modem if the original is damaged) will be billed to the subscriber based on the cost of the materials used.

Tagalog: Nakatuon ang R-NET na masigurong maayos ang inyong serbisyo. Sakaling magkaroon ng aberya, ang home visit, labor (serbisyo ng technician), at anumang pag-aayos na walang ginamit na materyales ay ganap na libre. Gayunpaman, ang anumang pisikal na materyales, piyesa, o kagamitan na kakailanganin upang maibalik ang koneksyon (halimbawa: pamalit na fiber optic cable, connectors, o bagong modem kung nasira ang orihinal) ay sisingilin sa subscriber base sa halaga ng mga materyales na nagamit.

3. Service Nature / Katangian ng Serbisyo

English: As a prepaid fiber service, internet access is strictly dependent on the subscriber's active load or subscription plan. R-NET is not liable for any loss of connection resulting from an expired load balance.

Tagalog: Bilang isang prepaid fiber na serbisyo, ang koneksyon sa internet ay nakadepende lamang sa aktibong load o subscription plan ng subscriber. Hindi pananagutan ng R-NET ang pagkawala ng koneksyon na dulot ng expired na load.

4. Acceptance of Terms / Pagtanggap sa Kasunduan

English: By paying the installation fee and continuing to use the R-NET Prepaid Fiber network, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Tagalog: Sa pagbabayad ng installation fee at patuloy na paggamit ng R-NET Prepaid Fiber network, kinikilala at sumasang-ayon ang subscriber na sumunod sa mga tuntunin at kundisyong ito.

5. Loading and Subscriptions / Pagbili ng Load at Subskripsyon

English: Subscribers must purchase their prepaid load or subscriptions exclusively through the official R-NET website at https://prepaid.rnet.ph. R-NET shall not be held liable for any uncredited payments, scams, or failed transactions resulting from purchases made through unofficial third-party individuals, apps, or websites.

Tagalog: Ang pagbili ng prepaid load o subskripsyon ay dapat gawin lamang sa opisyal na website ng R-NET na https://prepaid.rnet.ph. Hindi pananagutan ng R-NET ang anumang hindi pumasok na bayad, scam, o palpak na transaksyon na dulot ng pagbili mula sa mga hindi opisyal na tao, apps, o ibang website.
